ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

At YumTales, we’re happy to deliver our wholesome, millet-based products across India and worldwide.

Please allow 2–3 working days for order preparation and dispatch. Same Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 3–8 working days, depending on your location. International orders are usually delivered within 10–12 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process. During peak seasons, public holidays, or unexpected weather disruptions, slight delays may occur.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged, please take a clear photo or video and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. If you receive an incorrect product, kindly do not open the packaging and share a photo along with your order details. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
