  • YumTales does not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased through our platform, except in the case of damaged packaging.
  • If you receive a product with damaged packaging, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. However, we require proof of the damaged packaging in the form of a video recording showing the unboxing process. Please send this video to info.yumtales@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package.

  • We do not provide refunds for any reason other than the damaged packaging mentioned above.
